Chad is such a nice guy and reliable. I texted Chad and he immediately responded. Within the week, we’d communicated a few times about the nature of the work, estimates and when he could come by. He power washed the soffits and fascia near the gutters, windows, patio, and yard fixtures at my Aunt’s house. My Aunt loved him and his work. Everything looks great, refreshed and clean! His pricing is reasonable. Chad’s a hard worker and his work is meticulous and thorough. Two thumbs up!
